Beat Denzler has, throughout his long career, advised and represented domestic and foreign companies as well as public authorities before state courts and arbitration tribunals in the areas of commercial law, M&A, corporate law, competition law, contract and trade law, collective and individual employment law, private construction law and public procurement law, and has acted as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings. Beat Denzler now serves his clients and colleagues as a consultant.

Born in 1955, Beat Denzler studied at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 1980, Dr. iur. 1986) and at Harvard Law School (LL.M. 1986). He was admitted to the bar in 1984. In 1987, he joined Schiller Attorneys at Law as a partner.

Beat Denzler is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hermann Bühler AG and a member of several foundation boards. He is a member of the Bar Examination Commission of the Canton of Zurich. He is a member of the Zurich Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, the ASDA/SVLR (Swiss Association for Air and Space Law), the Association Suisse de l’Arbitrage (ASA), the Harvard Law School Association of Europe, the Swiss Association for International Law and the Swiss Association for Public Procurement.
