We support companies, planners, developers and the public sector in all matters relating to construction and real estate law, from the initial idea and planning to the construction and commissioning of the property.

Do you need assistance with buying or selling property?

We check the legal basis of the property and the development options (zoning conformity, public-law restrictions on ownership, condominium ownership, easements), assess sale and purchase agreements and assist you in contract negotiations. 

Is the building permit in question?

In negotiations with authorities and neighbours regarding the approval of construction projects and the conversion of properties, we support you in your commercial or private construction project, in complex situations (including environmental protection, noise, contaminated sites, construction outside of building zones, monument protection, construction in protected sites) and conduct internal administrative and court proceedings for you. 

Do you have questions about construction contract law? 

We advise you on the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts for work and services, technical, contractor and planner contracts, on issues during the construction phase and discussions after completion of a construction project (billing differences, building contractor’s lien, defects, planning errors, insurance issues) and represent you in court.
