Kaspar Schiller
Kaspar Schiller advises and represents domestic and foreign companies as well as private individuals before state courts and arbitration tribunals in the areas of business law, contract and commercial law, inheritance law/estate planning/foundations and aviation law.
Born in 1947, Kaspar Schiller studied at the Universities of Zurich and Geneva (lic. iur. 1972, Dr. iur. 1973) and completed additional studies in Great Britain in 1977 with a diploma in finance and accounting. Kaspar Schiller was admitted to the bar in 1974. Since the same year, he has worked for the firm, which was later renamed Schiller Attorneys at Law, and has been a partner since 1978.
Kaspar Schiller speaks German, English, French and some Italian.
Kaspar Schiller is a member of the Zurich Bar Association (former president), the Swiss Bar Association (former president), the ASDA/SVLR (Swiss Association for Air and Space Law), the Association Suisse de l’Arbitrage (ASA) and the Cour Internationale d’Arbitrage Aérienne et Spatiale.
Kaspar Schiller can often be found in concert halls, theatres and opera houses. He enjoys immersing himself in historical and classical literature.
