Eingeladen sind Unternehmen und Unternehmer (Teilnehmerzahl beschr\u00e4nkt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Arbeitsrecht ist unerl\u00e4sslicher Bestandteil jeder Unternehmenst\u00e4tigkeit, doch h\u00e4ufig stellen sich Fragen bei der praktischen Anwendung &#8211; etwa bei K\u00fcndigungen oder \u00dcberstundenforderungen. Das diesj\u00e4hrige Seminar setzt sich daher schwerpunktm\u00e4ssig mit der Beendigung des Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnisses (K\u00fcndigung, Aufhebungsvereinbarung, Freistellung) und der Arbeitszeit (\u00dcberstunden, \u00dcberzeit, Arbeitszeiterfassung) auseinander und bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit, aktuelle Fragen aus der Praxis zu kl\u00e4ren.
