Dorothee Auw\u00e4rter advises and represents domestic and foreign companies as well as private individuals in the areas of contract law, commercial law, corporate law, employment law, tenancy law and succession planning\/foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Born in 1979, Dorothee Auw\u00e4rter studied at the University of Neuch\u00e2tel (lic. iur. 2003) and at the University of St. Gallen (Executive MBA HSG 2012). She was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2006. Dorothee Auw\u00e4rter worked as an auditor and legal secretary at the District Court of Pf\u00e4ffikon ZH. She has worked for Schiller Attorneys at Law since 2005 and has been a partner since 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dorothee Auw\u00e4rter speaks German, French and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dorothee Auw\u00e4rter is Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Kuhn Rikon AG, a member of the Board Committee of Swissmem (Association of the Swiss Mechanical, Electrical and Metal Industries), a member of the Board of the Swiss Management Association, Vice President of the Migros Cooperative Eastern Switzerland and a member of various Boards of Directors, including those of Eberhard Unternehmungen, Kloten, and Wandfluh Holding AG, Frutigen. Dorothee Auw\u00e4rter is a member of the Zurich Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
